I am NBA follower of 10+ years, was 1st sport I could turn a profit on so its close to my heart. Shocking news that Kobe Bryant has died in a helicopter crash. Only LeBron James was more high profile in that period. RIP to Kobe and all others on board.

I know NBA is not massive in UK but to use footage of LeBron James when bringing their viewers the news shows again how BBC News has gone to the dogs. Absolute clowns.

Yea, that's not a good look. Probably not deliberate though.

Only sports.. but still.

I don't know. Faux outrage for me.

Lebron was part of the news cycle surrounding it, given that he'd just overtaken Kobe on the alltime scorers list. If your news team doesn't have anyone with basketball interest on staff/on call, you need to make a short piece right now on something breaking, and all your info is that he was a legend playing his entire career for the Lakers, then seeing this clip from Lebron surpassing Kobe doing the rounds in the US, it's completely anhonest and somewhat understandable mistake.

That's terrible, especially given the circumstances.

I'm not really an NBA person, have modelled it but don't know much about its key players but even I could get that right.

At least they did use a picture of Laurence Fishburne.

So the NBA is back tonight, in the bubble and sans fans. Love this sport and trading this sport so eager to see how it goes.

Where do you watch the games? Last couple of days the delay went from 8 to 20 seconds on bet365... I would pay to get a stream with 8 seconds of delay again

I watch on 365 despite the delay and the gappy market its still tradeable.

Streaming delays should be shortening not lengthening as years go by, its a perennial problem.

Some free alpha..

Bucks just lost their 3rd consecutive game vs the Heat. No team has ever come back from 0-3 in a playoff series. 0 of 139 be exact.

Bucks to win championship are currently 34 to 1.

Great lay value!

GOOD RED! I limited the damage that could have been many times worse. Kawhi was so bad tonight and that 1st 1/4 from Nuggets was White Hot, everything was dropping.

That was a magnificent game of NBA Basketball. Congrats Miami Heat, I was super confident you were going down tonight resulting in a manageable loss.
