Betdaq quoted a similar number in an interview.
But that quote just means that most customers retain more than 25%, not that a lot of customers retain/generate around that amount?
Id still assume that there are a lot more customers basically just losing commission in the long run or maybe losing slightly due to poor bet execution, for example taking bad prices in low liquidity markets etc, betting accounts at least.
Trading accounts can lose at a lot higher rate if they are bad at it
I have no idea if the Premuim Charge impacts your business model, that's none of my business. But you present as obsessed with this punitive charge, which correct me if I am wrong is unregulated !!!!
Do as others do ..... It's rule breaking, NOT law breaking, and not a criminal offence ;)

These premium charge threads are quite regular.

obviously im simplifying this but would the idea be to have a trading strategy where for example you make £1000 a day while also having an outright betting strategy where 29/30 days of the month you are losing £1000 then 1/30 days of the month you make £30,000. would something like this help lower premium charge or when you won the £30,000 would you just pay it on that anyway in one go? i know its easier said than done but just as a rough example

Yes, that helps because you are churning to produce more commission and offsets against premium charge.

Peter has covered many times, the main strategy once you are in the net is to find breakeven opportunites to spin up commission.

Not yet, but I'm sure it's something they will immediately rectify.
