Historically they have been just ridiculously bad - but have recently had 3 issues fixed by competent people, professionally.

Maybe just lucky, but it's possible Betfair has more focus now.

I think it best if maybe I post examples of really good interactions and understanding by the Helpdesk, and then maybe, less so.

Maybe as a rule, if u get a Helpdesk who uses !! (Inform punctuation police, wait an hr, and try find another).

To be clear, I would rate this as good service, thou it contradicts the !!! Rule, (there is always at least 1)

Zhaneta also uses the talking head (I have no idea what it’s supposed to mean), but no excessive punctuation, so can live with it.

Timothy now got a squiggle .. an hour past since he reported silks issue to the wonderful employees at Betfair.

No news - the liquidity at these tracks has fallen off a cliff .. this is part of the reason, they affecting jobs and frankly don't give a fuck.

Bumfair failed to put a market back in play after a potential penalty. I spoke to Nora on the chat line, she swiftly informed their traders and the market was back in play in about 40 seconds. :D
