Account closed by accident

Hi

I closed a couple of bookie accounts that I don't use. Sky et being one of them, I did this on my phone so the screen wasn't the biggest. It turns out that I managed to close my betfair account as well. Bit of a disaster really to say the least! Any ideas what I can do or who I can contact to open it again. Any help gratefully received!

Depends how you closed it. If you self excluded you will almost certainly not be able to reopen it.

I would hope clicking there is not an irreversible action. Something as drastic as that should have about 3 pages with confirmations galore to navigate through.

The only way of closing an account on sky et seems to be to self exclude. On the app any way. As I want to close and not just pause it I chose indefinitely. I should have waited until I got home and did it on the laptop. Reading through some posts it seems an email to Peter Jackson helps sometimes. Where would I find his email address?

Thanks I'll write him an email and see what happens. They have still got my money anyway.

You have to jump through hoops to close a Gmail or Spotify account.

Likewise trying to close an Ali Express account. I had to open one to view certain products then decided to close the account as I was getting emails from them every 5 minutes. Managed to close it in the end but an absolute nightmare trying to do it.
