No, only on PC and Laptop from my home. If they hacked one of those. They hack all my passowrds and everything. It was only for Betfair. All other accounts would probably noticed me that new device is conected or trying to be conected.
I have seen last week few atempts trying to log in to to my twiter account. But after several tryes they stopped doing this. And username there and pass is different.
For sure person who did hacked my account on BF is familliar with fund passing.
Random person or random hacker will need a few days to figure out what Betfair is. You can be the best hacker but still betfair can't be learned in 3hours. Open other account to transfer money and Verify all your skrill or neteller accounts and betfair before withdrawing. It will take you more than 3 hours. So this guy who did this, is only hacking BF accounts.
No two step, I didn't use it for BF never. Probably my mistake but this is cyber criminal for sure. And this guy now can call me or treat me, he saw my adress. So there should be police involved!!
Have you scanned your machine with anti-virus software. You may find key logging software has been installed.

I know someone that does this, sends out emails with files attached, you open it, then it installs key logging software on your machine in a hidden folder. Whenever you access a predefined list of URL's like natwest, HSBC, HMRC, Barclays, Betfair, WilliamHill etc it records what username and password your entered. Then it emails all the information back to the hacker/fraudster and finally deletes the email. I did say to him that may of worked some years ago but now we have 2 step authentication and banks sending codes to mobiles for accessing money. He said yeah but there are ways around thos security measures too and just laughed.

Nothing suspicous, I only download 1year ago gta V, and all sites I was using are normal sites. Not even watching porn sites since I bought pc and laptop. I was really trying not to do damage to that equipment since it was not cheap. Malwarebytes found tree suspicous things on gta V so I did delete the game. Every email that was suspicous was deleted before opening. I am aware of email that was send to me was probably something stupid. So first I do I delete it. If they really need me they will call me. I have 2emails. One is only for sites like betfair etc.... nothing else. So chance for this is 0.
I have told BF that if they can't give me my money to tell me who this person is, where he lives and to give me his phone. What will happend next is better than stolen money. It will be worth every € he took from. But I'm also sure they will protect criminals records.

BTW if you have person who like to hack and steal the money you should contact police. Like in what the f world we are living? He is telling you that he steals the money and you are quiet. M8, wake up. It's serious crime. Those litlle rats sitting somewhere in the hole all day and stealling money thinking they can't be find out. And when somebody caught tham. They are smaller than the hole they were hiding in....🤬

can I just use the google app without a sim card?
sorry, newbie to this.

I've just downloaded Google Authenticator and it asks to either scan a QR code which I guess I could do if I had access to a pc to open betfair desktop or to type a code...

edit: just noticed I can't turn on two steps auth from mobile?
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

yup, help desk just confirmed 2-step auth has to be enabled from desktop.

update: not just that but as you've to scan the QR code each time means one can't have 2-step from mobile, which I'm sure is how a lot of users use the site nowadays....what even is the point of the 2-step option if you've to turn it off betting from mobile.

maybe I can enable the safe device option instead.
