Hi,

Do you also have problems to solve anything with Betfair these days ? I asked for full account statement for 2021 as every year to make my own stats and so on.... but I am waiting more than 3 weeks right now and need it till the END of 2021.

Livechat support is fine - they answer always very promptly, but they only send request to other department.

Does Betfair have some dedicated contacts to customers who are paying premium charge or so on ? Thanks

Contact with Betfair seems increasingly difficult nowadays. The VIP team have an email contact address, but that doesn't seem that responsive on the few times I have contacted them.
