Hi, has anyone else experienced this or can at least give me some advice?

I usually make deposits via bank transfer and usually it only takes 2-3 days to enter my account (my last deposit was around nine months ago) but for now it has been eight days since I made a deposit via bank transfer I haven't received it in my account . I tried to contact betfair twitter for help and after submitting the data they asked for they told me to wait without being able to promise when they would contact me.

it made me look for answers via google search which turned out to make me even more worried because it turns out that in 2022 many people are starting to complain a lot about betfair including about deposits

I know there are a lot of seniors here can anyone give me advice so that my problem can be resolved quickly or is there betfair help which can be more responsive than their twitter account

Thanks

It would be nice if Betfair came along and helped out.

But, maybe that's a stretch for them.

Unfortunately they are famous for incompetent customer service :(

there is no customer service staff who looks active and wants to immediately solve the problem and their answer is always the same we would need to wait and we are unable to give out an estimate time frame / our team works in a queue based system so a time frame is not something we can provide unfortunately

My recent withdrawal (to a UK bank account) took 3 minutes! (Betfair exchange)

It's the same problem for all gambling entities in the UK. They have ambiguous legislative verification requirements to try and follow, often resulting in a poor experience for new customers. Clearly they're not untrustworthy.

Thought it was an odd question?

Odd question? When you see on Trustpilot how difficult it is to withraw money on all broker, even betfair. If custumer make big profit ,they get restricted and the broker do everything to stop you withraw money.See all Can Berry video on you tube. But it it seems that most of you here dont have any trobbel withraw money from your broker :-)Most of all here maybe see bettin as an entertaiment and dont care about the money at all :-)

I had a quick look at the comments, they're all about Betfair Casino, some complaining that they can't win, but most complaining about the KYC process, accounts closed and funds locked.

Odd question because Betfair is a completely legitimate company. None of us have a problem withdrawing funds from Betfair or winning on there.

'Clickbait Caan' is a full time YouTuber now who produces sensationalist content to get as much engagement as possible. He doesn't care much about facts or balance anymore. Just tries to find content that catches people attention. Fair play to him, as it earns him more than trading ever did, which is why I guess he has headed down this path.

Not just him by the way, but you have been suckered into a world that is very different from reality.

There are a lot of full timers here who rely on Betfair for a living and none of us have a problem.

I always felt Betfair should have kept the exchange under one brand and pushed the Casino and sportsbook out to other brands, such as 'Flutter'.

That would have kept the core proposition in place and been less confusing to customers and kept the brand integrity high.

Out of interest I had a look at the other bookmakers on TP and they all have terrible reviews. Not much difference between them. Lots of complaints about being cheated on Casino games etc.

Bit harsh, and you do use some clickbait type titles on your videos on YouTube ;)

I actually don't think it's remotely harsh if you look at what has happened.

Like I said, it's not just him. Unfortunately I have to make titles more clickable thanks to the sort of stuff you see on there. Hate it, but a lot of quality content is getting drowned out by click bait nowadays. I'm not convinced YouTube is a good platform for education anymore.
