This year they might have sent a selection of fine wines and champagne which is probably on route to you - it's just got stuck in Calais waiting for the border to open and a driver to be found who is willing to risk a trip into Britain :arrow: :arrow: :arrow: :arrow:

365 days later and uncle scrooge is still the order of the day at Betfair. Bah Humbug.

We have received some gifts and cards from customers, which is very kind. So thank you for those.

Betfair stands completely alone in its lack of care and thoughtfulness.

This year (not for Christmas but earlier on) Betfair did pay for (part of) my Bet Angel subscription. So indirectly ….
