But they give you a reason why or just that your account is under review? I just got matched by someone else bot and got suspended, crazy

...same - I had an outright football bet matched over Christmas (when I was overseas and not even trading) - they settled the bet but tell me the account is 'permanently suspended' and will not review the decision.
