Mine have nothing to do with bonus, i simple got matched by someone else bot
I think the same might have happened with me - I left some money up over Christmas whilst away and some was taken at unfavourable odds as it has since turned out.

The phone call was out of the blue and I think the BetDaq guy mentioned this:

(iii) we suspect that Members are acting in a manner that is detrimental to the conduct of BETDAQ's business

In hindsight my previous post was rather ignorant.
Apologies @foxhound — wrong first impression. Welcome to the forum.

How can you get suspended for being matched at unfavourable odds, due to a misfiring bot?

That's all part and parcel of the exchange ecosystem - if you are going to run the risk of automating your trades, then you have to carry the can when it fucks up. To suspend people is plain wrong

It might have been interpreted as some form of money laundering.

I've seen a 5-figure sum matched in a low-liquidity US race, the single bet taking up 99.9% of the market turnover. That could have been money laundering or transferring money between Betfair accounts, but unless the irregularity was something as eye-catching, they must have some very crude and indiscriminately algorithms at work to be suspending so many Betdaq accounts.

So they will give back the money and permanently suspend my account, but still they won't give me the reason why my account was suspended in the first place, crazy

You can only access Betdaq from countries where they have license

Even with a VPN?

Is that the same for the Betfair Exchange?
