I have raised this with them in the past and it looks like a structural issue with the way they process R4's.
Thank you, it is good to know it has already been highlighted :~)

Is there any hope that the market suspension issue can be addressed? A runner is withdrawn just before the start and within seconds of the race starting, the market is suspended for the entire race as just happened with the 14:20 Brighton. Betfair did not suspend whilst the race was live. As it stands Betdaq feels very risky for any in race trading.
Yes, this was one of the biggest issues I highlighted when I joined a few months ago.

Sorry, didn't see your feedback at the end there.

So I assume the issues have not been identified and/or fixed yet, which would be a shame indeed.

I don't think so but havent checked for a while. I still trade a little (adjusting my style to suit) but only when the markets are feeling strong. I'm +£1.8k in the last 90 days.

I have tried using Betdaq for football recently but had a few issues.

During the Euros I had a football match where a market was closed and removed following a goal, only for the decision to be reversed but the market not reinstated, I wrote this off as a one off. However, twice recently markets have either been removed and not reinstated or suspended for 30 minutes plus. Both times I would have had ample opportunity to change my position before the next goal went in. I did check and both matches were live and tradeable on Betfair. Considering how little football I must do compared to others I have either been very unlucky in the games I've selected or it happens quite commonly.

We have had a lot of issues with in play suspensions recently but we have diagnosed the problems and I believe this weekend was the first weekend that we had a pretty smooth experience.

The issue with football markets being suspended and closed following a goal, which is then reversed following VAR, but the market not being reinstated is still ongoing. This then means that subsequent goals can result in other markets being removed early too.

The trading team seem oblivious to this. I've given up making the effort to contact now as it is a thankless task! Third party suppliers are blamed. Betdaq don't wish to compensate customers for their mistake and I am left wondering whether they still pay the supplier for this? Rant over, hopefully anyone considering trading in play football will be aware.
