Ladbrokes in talks with Betdaq
Looks like this will happen at some point
not good imo, an another exchange run by a bookie, Betfair Mk2 here we come .
Maybe im biased though i hate bookmakers with a passion, especially the big 3, but i think you can be sure that in the future winners will not be welcome at betdaq either

There have been plenty of rumours about this over the years. As Ladbrokes see plenty of corporate activety from their main rivals William Hill then they probably felt something is needed to assuage the city.
As a public company much of their share price is based on rumour and hearsay, an announcement like this wouldnt do any harm to that price.
I would have thought if they were going to buy Betdaq they would have taken action a few years back.
