Would it be possible to create a facility on Betangel for Betdaq that constantly monitors the bookmakers' prices, comparing them to Betdaq's and alerting users when an arbing opportunity arises?

Also, there are occasions when it's possible to obtain long-term value from bookie e/w bets if one assumes that the exchange win and place odds are correct. If would be good if the program could also highlight such opportunities.
