API-calls to suspended markets in Betdaq

The API calls to "dead" markets in Betdaq seems to go through even if a market is suspended and gone long time ago and this is making problems because Betdaq is thinking this is something strange going on, wrongly assuming that a person is making a lot of API-calls but no bets.
I think I am not the only one that sometimes forget or not realize that the Refresh interval should be put to Pause after a market is suspended and finished.
It seems the situation with Betfair markets is that after a market has been finished and settled the API-calls from Betangel to a Betfair finished market are ignored and not visible in any way even if the Refresh interval is 200 milliseconds.
Should Betdaq configure something or is it Betangel for Betdaq that should be configured in some way that it does not make calls to dead markets?

Bet Angel for Betdaq is coded in a similar way to the betfair version and will not ask for price updates from a settled market. We'll check to make sure Betdaq is returning the settled market flag correctly.

It will still request if the status of any bets have changed as this is done at a global level with the Betdaq API rather than betfair's market by market approach.
