Any one else finding it very very sticky today? Constantly sticking and not refreshing for long periods?

I am constantly seeing the data calls seemingly going walk about. Taking an age to be returned.

I have tried other betdaq software and the issue is the same.

If I connect to Betfair though that runs perfectly fine with data calls taking sub 100ms as expected.

On Betdaq they can take a minute or more to come back. So have to use the website constantly to see if my bets have been matched or submitted.

It seems to be the case most weekends when I use it.

I've dropped them a note so they will get in touch and check your account.

Just in case others experience issues with the Betdaq API it is worth keeping an eye on the bottom left part of the main window which shows the Bet Angel for Betdaq status.

I hadn't noticed that it was saying that I was black listed stating:

"Betdaq cannot process your request as you are currently calling their servers too frequently and have been temporarily black-listed"

This seems to have happened as I had two different versions of BD trading software open - though only one, Bet Angel, was supposedly calling the API it still seemed to call issues.

I still seemed to have some calls that were taking too long, say 1 to 4 seconds but these were much less frequent and it didn't seem to cause many issues.

If others do have issues please do post about them as that way it gives a better understanding of potential issues and they can then be looked into by Betdaq/Bet Angel.

Anyone else find Betdaq terribly slow during the lead up to the 16:05? Was really sticky for me.

I didn't notice, but I was trying desperately to get out before it went inplay!
