Custom Column size

Hi

I am new to amending the one click screen. I have a label heading on one of my custom columns that is to large for the columns. There seems to be a way to size the column but I cant find it in the guide or here on the forum. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Tick the allow column resizing.
