Logging Which Rules Get Fired

Is there an easy way to log which Guardian rules get activated? I currently have a rules file containing 10 rules and I'd like to be able to clearly see which rules have fired for each market. Ideally this would be in a simple format indicating 'Rule 1 Fired', 'Rule 4 Fired', 'Rule 10 Fired', etc

If you want to know the number of times a rule has triggered in addition to the above you can use the 'Signal' tab and increment a signal

Automation tab at the bottom of Guardian page.

Or you can set a signal or stored value on the trigger rulelines to publish a mark in the log.
