Placing multiple orders both sides of empty market. Any tools?

Hi all,

Do any of you manually seed empty markets by placing multiple back and lay orders around a chosen price to create the appearance of liquidity?

If so, how do you manage it - manually one by one, or is there a tool that automates this? Does BetAngel have such feature?

Any experience with this strategy appreciated!
