Cannot view Override Target Profit

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

I am on the Dutching, correct score, but cannot see the override target profit option, which I know I used last time I was on BetAngel. I am using practice mode on BetAngel Trader, is this anything to do with it?
