I've only just started to read this thread from the beginning and only got as far as John's contribution above.johnsheppard wrote: ↑Mon May 17, 2021 1:36 amI presume there are plenty of strategies out there that are profitable if you don't pay PC....but that cease to be profitable once you pay PC?
As I am not profitable as yet, I have always contemplated seeking those out...surely they go cheap right?
I'm not a PC'er. Never have been never expect to be so have never thought about PC and it's effect in any detail other than it's what happens to somebody else. But knowing how commission can change an apparent profitable approach to loss making John's comment stands up to reason. So why don't PC'ers 'match-up' with non-PC'ers and share strategies and profits. Such an arrangement would have to be based totally on trust but I'm assuming here we have honour amongst 'thieves' Maybe some are already doing so ... it is just a thought. (and if it's a known tactic my apologies for duplicating it.)

Well, just skimmed most but finally got to the end ... interesting to say the least. Could be recommended reading for someone studying psychology! Reminded me of the American v's British sales philosophy ... salesman pulls up outside customer's house driving Rolls Royce ... American customer thinks "wow, he's successful, I must have some of what he's got" British customer thinks "Oh yeah, really ... what's his scam!".
its called tax avoidance , and i think` pc ers provide the volume and liquidity needed to drive the volatility , which in return attracts more traders that provide the liquidity neededfirlandsfarm wrote: ↑Wed May 19, 2021 8:37 amI've only just started to read this thread from the beginning and only got as far as John's contribution above.johnsheppard wrote: ↑Mon May 17, 2021 1:36 amI presume there are plenty of strategies out there that are profitable if you don't pay PC....but that cease to be profitable once you pay PC?

by the same `pcers..to make the markets .
its a marriage of convinience, betfair will loose some to betdaq and the ones that remain have a bigger pie . ITs a win win.
Its NOT tax evasion.( mirror accounts and self matching is a grey zone) and why ?I have no clue ... my take ,i better stay in my lane
I knew you weren't gonna say anything on account on me poking fun in the earlier comments, but I enjoyed the "thx for ur interest" part
How's about you try answering some of the important questions OP, about where the money went?
Seeing as yesterday's episode ended on quite the cliffhanger.

What you consider trolling, I see as a waste of your time. If you try to troll me you'll be trolled before you realize I know what you want to do. If you think you've found someone to laugh about, think again, I just did something that everyone thought was impossible. It's your turn now.jamesg46 wrote: ↑Tue May 18, 2021 4:07 pmI just wanted to know who went the extra mile in their trolling.... after being accused myself of being a sad little troll it's nice to see that there is like minded people on the forumKai wrote: ↑Tue May 18, 2021 3:48 pmYeah right As if that gives OP any leverage whatsoever, I'd be surprised if Derek or Memph didn't PM just to see wtf he was talking about and trying to sell or to troll him
Get over yourselves, Rik already asked for a PM on page one : viewtopic.php?p=265963#p265963
I asked for same basic info as well later and I dunno about rik but I got nothing in reply as expected Anyone serious should be able to answer the basic queries at least and not dodge all questions endlessly. And as to whether anyone can have any real interest in it that would depend on that basic info.
You replied with nothing, ignoring a basic question like you did with most questions here, calling for people to have some "faith in humanity"
My offer was not addressed to you so I had no reason to give you any information. Who are you after all? You lied that you got nothing in reply, so all I know about you is that you're a liar.
