Refresh rate

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

On some of Peters videos he hes the refresh rate down to 20ms. I can only see 200ms. How do you achieve the higher rate, does it cost. Thanks
