BA Newbie needs some help

Hello all.

Newby here. Newby with BA and not with trading/automation.

I am successfully running automated strategies with another trading bot, however I decided to moved everything with BA due to new possibilities and more functionality on some of them.

I am struggling to move one strategy and would like to ask for help of more experienced members of this forum.
I am still familiarizing myself with the glossary of BA.

Here is the strategy:
Sport: Horse racing pre off.
At 10min before off: System remembers % of traded volume on all horses. Is this called IP% Book?
At 15s before off: If any horse increases by >=5% of total traded volume
System places bet at BSP with my desired amount.

Any help is much appreciated no matter how little. From full instruction to showing a right direction.

Here is something to get you started. I have NOT tested this and there are probably errors somewhere so make sure you test this in practise mode first to make sure it is doing what you want.
