'Free' exchange bet issued 3 May 2022

I'm just slightly confused about something. I received an email from Betfair on 3 May 2022. It was basically apologising for problems they had with the site on 2 May 2022.

They said in the email 'To apologise for any inconvenience....we have credited you with a free exchange bet and this can be found in your account now'.

To date I never received anything and was curious as to whether any of you received this email, got the free bet and how much it was for.

The last time anything like this happened and they gave a free bet it was for £25, I think it was over 2 years ago pre pandemic.

Thanks Dallas I searched the forum a few days ago but couldn't find any reference. I did think it was odd that members wouldn't have commented on it.

Just went back and had a look seems they issued a £5 credit on the evening of 3 May but it was lost among my other transactions which was why I never noticed it.
