Why dont I have any conditions to choose from (rules)

If your screen resolution isn't already set at normal, 100% or 96dpi then you'll need to change that in your Windows settings area

But the fonts in that image are completely wrong which can happen if you are running a non English Windows and trying to use English/US characters
Not sure how you'd solve that if that was the case

Problem is if I import rules files from the forum
I can see the condition

yeah my laptop is from Hong Kong, but I did change the language to English(UK)

That would explain it, although the language has been changed to English(UK) its not picking up the font set correctly so short of installing a English version of Windows 10 I'm not sure how or if there is a way to resolve it
