Back any runner once price is met

I am looking to back any runner that reaches 2.0 is this possible via automation?

Yes, and there's a ready-made rules here you can download (just change the price on the fixed odds condition from 3.0 to 2.0)

So i have the setting set for 2.0 but its getting unmatched majority of the time, how do i set it to back at 1.01 so my bet gets matched no matter the price under 2.0 if it doesn't get matched at 2.0?

Place it at a fixed price of 1.01 on the parameters tab
