Not Refreshing

Hi All,

Just downloaded BA Pro but on both the one click and ladder screens its not refreshing. Ive set the refresh rate at various rates but still not refreshing the prices, any ideas?

Is the check box ticked next to “refresh every” at the top left of the screen?

Yes tried that, even tried logging in to my practice account and live account but nothing.

Are you looking at a liquid market that will definitely have lots of money being matched?

Yes it was horse racing markets that were due to start so should have been plenty of liquidity

had a similar thing once - when I tried to log into Betfair on a different machine (to isolate BA) I was forced to update my password. Once I did so, I still had to close/reopen BA on the original computer, but was at least able to export the Guardian markets first. Still a nuisance at the time, though.
When restarting BA all worked again as usual.

Worth a try in your case?

Im using Windows 11, maybe I'll try re-installing Bet Angel

Maybe post a full screenshot of your trading screen so we can see exactly what info is showing and what options are selected?

What's not refreshing?, that all looks fine too me

The ladders are out of sync which means the prices have moved since you opened the market
The recent traded volume in the last 60 secs is showing beside each selection
The race starts at 18:35 and the countdown timer showing 00:03:34 with last refresh time is showing as 18:31:26 - so that too is spot on
