Last chance to enjoy some sunshine and beer before my jury service starts. In the space of two weeks I'll probably come face-to-face with more twats than the rest of the year and I'm not even allowed to rant about it!
North or South CC?
What's CC?
'County Court?' :-)

Maybe not whilst on Jury service - but afterwards; FILL YER BOOTS! LOL
I was really thinking of the people I meet in the jury pool because I know they all visit supermarkets, and most people in supermarkets are wallies. ;)

It's the crown court. I think juries are rare at county court.

I didn't realise there was a north and south crown court, I'm in the Midlands.

...

I put the headphones on, then realised the sun was shining on my desk, unplugged the laptops and moved them to the shade. Then I spent 2 minutes searching my livingroom for my headphones.

:D I'll have some of that too... I'm even thinking about knocking off now from trading and getting a head start.

I see you've bought into the narrative... but rest assured, I'm no less of an arse when I'm sober.

Thanks! Out of curiosity, who are you referring to as "Angels"? Do you see the forum members as part of the BA team or Peter as Charlie?.

Hmm, I'll remain sceptical of our collective spirit, just as you did when mocking me earlier... or the fact that some of us don't even speak to each other.... darling.

Hitting the beer tonight after being discharged from jury service and given the remaining two days off. :D

Thunderstorms around this evening and as expected my neighbour was out, two cameras on a tripod, complaining that both memory cards were full and he was now using his phone to capture the remaining lightening. I asked him what he does with them and he seemed excited to tell me that he captures the best stills and uploads them to his lightening photography collection, without the slightest inkling that I think he's a crackpot!
