Buying Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus for 12.08 Euros seems to have been a favourable purchase. Installed OK, product Key accepted and running OK. :)
Where did you get it? My usual place seems to have specialised in gaming and stopped doing the OS and business stuff.
Yes Shaun in fact it was you on here provided me with store for my purchase of Microsoft Office 2019 Professional Plus a few years ago. That place is still going and still selling Office at a greatly reduced price.

Though I found an even cheaper place https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dsnqVyocfF8&t=3s

First drink tonight for a whole week! Even nature marks the occasion with the hottest day of the year. :D

Practising mindfulness can be done anywhere but some locations are better than others such as the end of Tynemouth Pier which is what I did this weekend. :)

I was up there the other week with my daughter for a day out but on the opposite pier in South Shields. Stunning coast line all the way up to Scotland. I'm lucky go north and got Northumberland coast, go south Whitby etc and go west the Lake District all an hour or so away

This morning I caught sight of a group of dolphins when standing at the end of that pier shown above, was a great thrill. :)

It's silly how good the sight of a school of dolphins just cruising past is.
I occasionally see them in the Firth of Forth (during my 3 weeks a year wandering up and down the East Fife coastal path).
Judging by the number of cormorants and gannets and terns up there, there is evidently a rich food supply.

Making the most of the nice weather with a little 25 min trip down the A66 to the sea side and Redcar Races with my daughter. Fish and chips for tea followed by a lemon top after the last race.

Hopefully she can pick some winners for her Dad

Harry's book could come back to bite him on the bum. The Heritage Foundation, whatever that is, is challenging his visa in court due to his admission of drug-taking. :D

I feel its time for me to try a bread maker,, if I do my research (mostly on YT) and select well I'm sure it could add happiness to my life. :) Processed bread from supermarkets is tasteless and only fit for toast.

That's undoubtedly true with French sticks. You could purchase one from the supermarket and use it as a weapon on your way home! But I heard the preservatives they put in it keeps it fresh for a few days whereas homemade bread lasts about 24 hours. My brother-in-law said he bought some bread from a bakery in Italy, took it home on the plane and it was still fresh a week later. If only I had such a bakery near me. :(

It's been below 17 and cloudy so far all year in the East. No decent weather at all and the ground is still so cold the summer perennials are still hiding. Did some digging yesterday and had to get my winter jumper out! Miserable, but I know if I book a holiday it'll be 30 in the shade here.

If it's 30 in the shade then it's 30 in the sun. It's the temperature of the air rather than the mercury that's important. :geek:

I heard on the news that in 1991, temperatures in the UK didn't reach 25 until early July. I was fearing we might beat that this year.

I still am, the last week has been really disappointing. This is the temp in the garden.
