Last night I found a tortoise in my garden, today I found a £10 note, more or less where the tortoise was! :D
flipping hell! I was just tending to my daffodils and I found another £10 note in the garden.
You should do the right thing and return the £10 notes and the tortoise to eatyourgreens :)

When I was at college in my early 20s I found a decent amount of cash waiting for me on an ATM not once but twice, over a few year period maybe. There is a decent chance I spent half of it on weed

How do you tend a daffodil?
Are your's wilting? Ours are just blooming. Some haven't (today's cold and snow showers won't have helped that).

3 out of 8 have bloomed. One of them snapped so I put it in a 330ml Carlsburg Export bottle and half-filled it with water. The other two have fallen over so I've had to prop them up with sticks and ties. Daffodils shouldn't be this much work!

I was pissed when I made that post last year; it was a hedgehog, not a tortoise.

When I lived in the red light district I once found a £20 note. The sad thing was, I knew it belonged to a girl who worked really hard for it. I would have given to her (no pun intended) if I knew which one it was.

I am a carpenter/joiner
due to covid I have kept away from site work for the past couple of years, as I have no other form of income, I joined a site that alerts tradesmen to possible jobs on peoples houses. I have picked up a few jobs that have allowed me to keep my head above the waterline.

I recieved a job alert this morning from Cassie, the whole job description read :-
"I want it in my living room and hallway"

I am wondering whether to look further into it, or just pass the contact details to Derek, I am sure he would be happy to oblige :-)

Have a nice day!

I doubt anyone will stop to pick them up. The last time I visited my mother in her care home, I could not believe they gave me a cup of coffee and a gingernut biscuit! WTF are gingernuts doing in a care home? Even I struggle to bite into them!
