You can touch the mic symbol on Google and it'll listen to a tune and tell you what it is. I use it loads and it's brilliant. Even obscure stuff gets recognised in seconds. Problem is you need one phone to play it and another listening to it.
I've just asked Google what song it is. It says a song is a musical composition intended to be performed by the human voice.ShaunWhite wrote: ↑Fri Sep 03, 2021 2:58 pmYou can touch the mic symbol on Google and it'll listen to a tune and tell you what it is. They've changed all the words so it can only recognise the tune.

I just listened to it..... Wish I hadn't now cos it's horrible. I think it's just a 'musicals' parody init?
(mini rant... Bought some Comfort fabric conditioner and the label says it contains microplastics! Phoned to complain and they said it's not much..... Yes not much in one but you hope you'll sell millions tho eh? ". We're doomed. )

Awesome, I'm going to check that out. My wife always uses Shazam and I didn't know about that alternative.ShaunWhite wrote: ↑Fri Sep 03, 2021 2:58 pmYou can touch the mic symbol on Google and it'll listen to a tune and tell you what it is. When I was very young, my parents had about five albums - and a Dr Hook album was one of them. Imprinted in my brain "and the operator says 40 cents more .... for the next three minutes .... pleeeeeasssseee Mrs Avery ..."
