This thread prompted me to revisit Linn (I have linn speakers from the 90's, cost a few hundred).
But I was staggered by that website.

They'd have to be sonically orgasmic for me to buy them (if I could). They're flipping hideous!
I like speakers to be visually minimalist as possible, but sound great.
Each to their own eh!
A friend of a friend back in the day had some electrostatic speakers that were each the dimensions of a door.
Did make a great noise though.

Agree. I'd rather invest in a realistic sex doll for much less. :D

A mate of mine worked in a hifi shop and he was so astonished at the subjectivity of what sounds great or rubbish.
To the point that he just gave up with his own opinion and just tried to match a customer with what they liked.

Those dolls look hot! And photography is a good excuse for having them. It must take some bottle to take one of those out in public for a photoshoot.

Very good. I really wanted one too and watched lots of reviews. But in the end I got a v12 Aston before Greta cancels all fun. (Note - I skipped the yellow lambo phase).

I couldn't get my cheap Goodman's Bluetooth soundbar to work last night. I was on the verge of binning it. Today I start trading the Uruguay v Argentina match and I hear Peter's voice coming from the bedroom telling me the event's in play. It was connected to my laptop!!
