one of our colleagues in Stoke, (as I understand) has.. dog attack through letterbox, poor bloke
Have you had an accident at work?
1. resident could have had sign (or similar) on the front door..
or
2. postal delivery person wasn’t regular on that route & wasn’t aware
or
3. dog was lying “in wait”, maybe asleep near the front door, was startled & reacted
or
4. protective cage wasn’t fitted other side of the door
or
5. item to be delivered was that flimsy, i.e. weight of a leaflet, that the only way to deliver it was to push it right through
or
6. could have been any combination of the above
or

Bloody hell that’s shit isn’t it. I thought the Royal Mail would of had to cough up a few quid tbh.
that’s as far a I’m aware, mate at work was bitten & he got awarded near enough naff all, I’ve been bitten four times now, the last time was actually in the Post Office in the village I deliver to, caught it on CCTV, owner still denied it amazingly, well when I say bitten it went to bite me but I moved out of the way just in time
