I don't know either. But the intellectual property is lyrics, tunes predominantly. That excludes straight forward use of the original soundtrack.
Perhaps this guy is so good that it has all been resolved. The creators maybe like what he's done so have waived their entitlement.
Plus they've done alright for themselves so can be tolerant. Their copyright lawyers will be all over this if he he's making money from it and hasn't negotiated a deal.
You'd have to be nuts as a creative not to have total veto over how your music is used.
great little *sleight of hand* here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/videos/c0mn88vz4ljo
I think it's funny that this sort of stuff gets lots of views, but the video I did explaining AI and how you can't use it for stats, gets significantly less. We are really lost as a species, succumbing to our desire for short term satisfaction.

He could have used Gemini AI
No surprise to see you have completely smashed it out of the park with the "How to Win the Lottery" vid though, that sentence must have been put through a search engine a few times!
That says it all, doesn't it, about instant gratification vs sustained success
Y, that's embarrassing, really.
I try to make stuff as engaging as possible.
But that now seems to have to include the words, money, easy, free, win, no risk etc. Else nobody watches it. Please attention span and thought processes nowadays appear to be 300ms.
Posted as an example of the increasing interest on youtube of using AI with sports betting.Euler wrote: ↑Mon Sep 30, 2024 2:19 pmY, that's embarrassing, really.

There seems to be a surge of bored youtube crypto type people unsuccessfully trying sports trading with AI.
