Simple Excel P & L

I am new to Bet Angel and I am starting to understand some of its many functions but I cannot seem to get my head around the spreadsheet I get when doing the 'Explore profit reports folder" in Guardian. I am trying to test strategies but that P & L spreadsheet makes no sense to me. Does anyone have a simple spreadsheet that can be attached to Guardian and used in practice mode that gives a simple result such as on that race you won $8 or you lost $5 etc.
Maybe I can't see the forest for the trees but I find reading that damn sheet harder than implementing the strategies.
Can anyone please help.

You could use the .baf from this example, then export the stored values after each market closes

I was wondering how to create a P&L spreadsheet in excel on my soccer trading can i use for example google docs and if so how do i create such a spreadsheet and link it to betangel, great full for all the help i can get./Jocke
