...(preferably with few key/mouse strokes/clicks) to grab in the same worksheet the back and lay odds for a list of runners from different races?

Add them to Guardian then do a right click export.

That gets me a static csv file. I'd like something that where I can look at my list of runners and know their current odds (by any method, not necessarily Excel).
