had OVO engineer visit on behalf of Southern Electric around 5/6 weeks ago to install Smart Gas & Electric Meter, %*^#wits at Southern Electric were adamant that we haven’t had one fitted, we’ve had to email pics, installation paperwork etc to prove it.. it seems the engineer installed it but forgot to ping info over to Southern Electric to confirm we’ve had one installed, how %#*+ing hard is it?, we were his first job in the day, he must’ve sat 10 to 15 mins in his van after he completed the job, what the bobbins was he doing?

OVO are absolutely useless, installed mine checked all the gas etc and mucked about in the boiler and left a leak. I had to get someone out to fix it just before Xmas. On the positive side since I moved over to it I'm in credit and my bill has actually gone down last month.

Down to my last two eggs. There was just one box left at ASDA. Obviously they were all broken but I still couldn't resist opening it and hoping for a miracle.

Instructions for a smart plug... Is ink really that expensive?

That's 0.0085" in old money, 8.5 thousandths of an inch.

What an own goal. People won't be queuing up to buy life insurance from there in a hurry.

Just watching Panathanikos v PAOK on the Bet365 stream. Kickoff delayed because of a firework, 10 mins in already stopped for a skirmish, flying tackles, pushing, tripping, both sides going for it, balls kicked at players on the ground, crowd screaming at everything. Takes me back to Leeds v Chelsea 1970. Think this ref's forgotten his cards too.

Why can't English football be like this any more?

Wouldn't bet on it though :D

My conscience was tested to the limit when I had to choose between 6 free-range eggs or 15 eggs from caged hens, but I chose the former. :)

If I ever get sent to prison I'll claim to be a woman, and thus, qualify for a women's prison. It will be great fun in the shower. :D

House insurance renewal..... They want 20% more for year 2 presumably so that my money can give someone else a year 1 discount. Year 1 should be MORE because you're an unknown risk but year 2 3 4 etc you've proved yourself.

The car insurance industry has a no claims discount! .....for the time being.
