You don't find GPs or NHS staff complaining about missed appointments, mine says it's' a blessed 10min chance to catch up on paperwork. The only 'They' I've seen complaining are govt ministers sticking the blame on us for it being a shambles and trying to squeeze another tenner out of us. Always someone elses fault, missed appointments aren't a new thing just a new excuse.
