I am from Romania. Here you can access betfair.ro not com. I don't think here one has access to the global liquidity pool as in UK or Malta or other countries because I see that one can bet on a top EPL match at a few thousand euros. I.e. back Arsenal win for a maximum of 3000 euros or so. In UK I heard you can place much higher bets on the orders of tens of thousands of pounds. Is that true?
