RANT CORNER
It's a constant mystery to my generation how younger generations dispose of litter. Scenario : Go to a park or beauty spot etc, consume stuff. Tie the detritus in the carrier bag you used to bring it to the venue and then - leave it there. "Not my problem pal". True enough, until a critter rips the bag apart for the remaining morsels and the contents are spread on the wind, and then it's everyone's problem.
The distinction isn't generations but ages. When I was young I would gob everywhere and drop litter anywhere without a care in the world.greenmark wrote: ↑Sat Sep 16, 2023 9:12 pmIt's a constant mystery to my generation how younger generations dispose of litter. Just got my clothes out of the washing machine. I realise now when I was painting my shed, it would have just taken five minutes to change into old clothes and move my mini greenhouse away from the shed. Obviously couldn't be arsed, decided to make the squeezed between the shed and greenhouse and now I've ruined my best tee-shirt and only pair of shorts, as well as splattering my greenhouse plastic covering with paint.
Sophie Ridge is a self-proclaimed feminist and she could hardly hide her belief that Brand is guilty. But Nick Farrari went even further and was talking about Brand taking young girls back to the toilets. They shouldn't really be talking about it while a police investigation is imminent.
Indeed. I run low on storage and a big cuplrit is Google Play Services.
I clear the data (usually 250Mb). 5 minutes later it's back up to 250Mb.
I can't uninstall or disable it. Gits!

There is, you need to Root it.
Users can install and run applications on rooted Android phones and tablets that require special privileges, bypass carrier-installed software, and even remove bloatware applications (as opposed to simply disabling them). Root access is even needed if you want to install trivial things like certain custom fonts, and rooting Android can also unlock new features in certain apps and launchers.
Bit of a faff but you don't want people who don't understand the tech messing about with their OS. It's easier to just let them rant about not being able to do it.
