Don't you ever feel like ramming your inbox up the sender's arse? I haven't even looked at anything remotely similar to a Honeywell DT92E wireless thermostat!!
Just as well I don't purchase porn, my inbox would be flooded.

I don't have the vocabulary to express how I feel about this. Best I can do is its appalling.

Hard to know what possesses people to do that kind of thing.
A malign and trivial mentality. It's not like it would be that easy to do. They're big animals, so it must have taken some effort which makes it even worse. Oh well another lesson in the negative side of the human race. Pretty low on the spectrum of human cruelty, but it just cheesed me off.Trader Pat wrote: ↑Wed May 05, 2021 8:23 pmgreenmark wrote: ↑Wed May 05, 2021 7:52 pmI don't have the vocabulary to express how I feel about this. Reminded again tonight why I don't tweet as much as I used to! Keep forgetting how sensitive people can be on Twitter, even the traders with 'professional' in their title!

Had a burger today but my Neteller card was declined. When I logged on to my Neteller account it said they no longer accept gambling transactions, gaming transactions or transactions that can easily be converted to cash. Do they think Burger King's a bookie or do they think I'm gonna try and sell the flipping burger??
Just a thought, is it possible the culprit is the person who photographed it?greenmark wrote: ↑Wed May 05, 2021 7:52 pmI don't have the vocabulary to express how I feel about this. Best I can do is its appalling.

I've had enough of my Neteller account - I used to use it with the online bookies to deposit from/withdraw to, but there are loads of better accounts now and Neteller are charging a fee for the privilege of using their card so they can stick it as far as I'm concerned.
Can you tell me more about the fee?Tuco wrote: ↑Thu May 06, 2021 12:53 amI've had enough of my Neteller account - I used to use it with the online bookies to deposit from/withdraw to, but there are loads of better accounts now and Neteller are charging a fee for the privilege of using their card so they can stick it as far as I'm concerned.
All I know is that they've switched to Euros and no longer handle sterling but they're not charging currency conversion fees in shops. I didn't get charged a fee or have anything deducted from my card, which is fantastic news, but I didn't get that juicy burger either until I got out another card, which defeats the object of having a Neteller card. I just assume it's a minor problem with my card but these constant changes coming in concern me.
I'm used to the annual fee. I'm not bothered about purchases in euros if it's automatically converted into pounds without charges and my balance and statements are in pounds, it hopefully won't make any difference. We'll find out in the next weeks or months.
The information I've been given is that there are no charges for conversion for spending in shops, and if you withdraw from ATMs overseas, withdraw in local currency and ignore any offers to withdraw in your home currency, and you face no charges. But as you say, I'll keep a close eye on it. Nothing should get in between a man and his burger.
