Love reading Dereks rants.
I particularly like the washer nuts and bolt rants.

My dog used to think it was an emergency if it had a flea.
She passed away suddenly in Nov Derek, kidney failure in 3 days. I'll settle for an ending like that though, she didn't suffer long. She was 16 and I got her when I quit office life so we've been side by side 247 all that time, it's really tough and you'll relate to what the empty space near my feet feels like.
Don't sweat the small stuff Derek, life will bring something along soon enough for you to be actually bothered about.

Sorry to hear that Shaun
Its tough when that happens, especially when they've been part of your life for so long.
Really sorry to hear about your dog Shaun. My cat's just eight but I know it will be tough when the day comes. That's assuming I don't go first.ShaunWhite wrote: ↑Wed Feb 24, 2021 6:31 pmMy dog used to think it was an emergency if it had a flea.

I turned a green 240L wheelie bin into a water butt so it's moveable when up to about half full.
I put a mushroom tap on the front just above the height of my watering can.
[I meant to empty it before the last freeze but didn't - luckily it bulged but has not cracked or split.]
I have a Karcher submersible pump in it which has a hose connector on the end which clamps to the top edge of the wheelie bin.
I have a debris filter on the downpipe to which the water butt is fitted - that can get clogged up, so the ladder and a shovel is needed to keep it clean.
And I clean the water butt out a couple of times a year as it does still get some dirt in it from time to time.
All works very well

I hope there is a USPS / Parcelforce expert on the forum.
1. Ordered something from USA on 29/01/2021
2. It arrives UK on 21/02/2021
3. It departs Heathrow on 26/02/2021
Parcelforce. We cant track it because it hasnt been handed over into our network.
USPS. It departed Heathrow onto its final destination, we have no further tracking details.
Anyone have any idea where its going to next then ?

It will be with customs, it can take quite a while for things to clear at times.Archery1969 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 26, 2021 5:09 pmParcelforce. We cant track it because it hasnt been handed over into our network.
