VPS questions

I am trying to find out whether I would benefit from upgrading to Expert from Recommended. I don't use Excel. Refresh Interval always 20 ms, restrict refresh 30 min before start, daily markets 500+, (horseracing (both pre and in-running), greyhound, tennis (in-play)). All markets automated in Guardian. How to check if the CPU and the memory are sufficient? Anything else?

The best way to see how your server is performing is to right click the task bar, click on task manager, then more details and in that area you will see various elements of performance you can monitor.

Was down for about 15-20 mins, markets weren't refreshing either

Happened to me a few days ago, but not now. Normally occur once a month, and last for about 15-20 min.

Had same problem - unavailable for 45 mins, then suddenly u can log in.

Ive asked support about it a few times and they dont seem to be able to find anything (or even see that there is a problem)

I often find bets don't trigger once back either and have to restart the VPS and reload the markets

I found that double-clicking a race got it moving ok
