It's a bit late to find out I know but BF have stopped doing Lifetime PL statements ....last week!
I found out when I requested one tonight. I had one from Jan this year, luckiliy as it turns out, and I wanted an update to check it because I lost a few months PL statements from earlier in the year. They said they could send me a "full statement" but if it goes back to the start (Dec 2000) that's going to be one hell of a file, certainly not emailable !....I know it'll just be the last 3 months as per the site.
It's going to make checking lifetime commission tricky for some people....unless someone knows how to get that some other way?
Peter, do you know anyone at BF that could provide account info that's more than 3 months old ?

If you're just looking for your lifetime comms for PC purposes you could just ask for that, the PC charge may no longer be available to all via the website but the Betfair staff will still have access to it. Be a lot quicker than trying to calculate your own using actual and implied comms. Calculating your own fromm scratch is a bit pointless as Betfair will only use their own figures for PC and they never used to correct that properly for mis-settled markets where a FIX was applied, it'd drive you mad trying to get the two to tally up.

No I don't want or need the full history, as you say that would be totally unmanagable but it was the only thing they offered. I was just looking for some gross/comm/net totals more out of curiosity than a real need. Fortunately my lifetime comm as at Jan was iro 24%, and I have 80% of this year's transactions so I know what is should be now (or near enough)... but without that Jan snapshot I'd be screwed. It does seem odd that you can't obtain any financial info that's >3months old.
...it was this style of thing they used to send out...

Guess it really depends what you want it for as to the best way forward, I'm not sure I'd want a total pnl breakdown by sport as I'd probably feel the need to make any losing niche sports positiveShaunWhite wrote: ↑Fri Sep 27, 2019 2:15 pmthx, i was only on chat support last night so didn't explore many alternatives.spreadbetting wrote: ↑Fri Sep 27, 2019 2:02 pmIf you're just looking for your lifetime comms for PC purposes you could just ask for that, the PC charge may no longer be available to all via the website but the Betfair staff will still have access to it.
I currently import my betting profit and loss to a database once a week to give me an indication of PC, more out of habit than anything as Betfair now stick up the PC figures on the Monday/Tuesday so I'm sure I could wait. Also have a page I can pull up from the DB to show my rolling wk,month,3mnth and year but again it's of little use and was more to hone my php skills than anything.

I keep pretty comprehensive stats so it was more for completeness to fill an irritating gap rather than a necessity.
I suspect that once you get beyond the scripted outsourced support it's still gettable.

Thanks useful info. My last one of these bad boys didn't make much for attractive reading lol
I've been dumping the standard 3-month P&Ls into my journal as the lifetime statements came in an awkward format, I remember having to mess around for a whole evening to extract what I was looking for. Had to write a macro in the end, PC hung for like 15m.

This feels like the right thread to ask, but there may be a more appropriate one - please share the link if so...
Is there a way to pull (or request) a PnL for longer than 3 months? Ideally looking to see my 2021 PnL without having to speak to the BetfairBot

I asked for one last week via a Direct Message to their Betfair helpdesk on Twitter.
They did send it, but within 2 days the email link had been removed.
The file was absolutely huge though.....there were well over 500,000 lines!
It wasn't particularly easy to read either, as they had everything on there, including sportsbook activity, deposits, withdrawals, all the old transfers in & out of australian wallets, every single lay, back, commission etc
They were'nt broken down into categories as such either, they were just on one massive sheet
I was just being inquisitive too, so didn't really need all that additional info

Yeah likewise... I just wanted to know how much roughly as manually trading means no 3 month period is the same.
Would I be able to filter by deposits/withdrawals only easily or would it be more hassle than it's worth?
Going forward i'll set a reminder every month/3months to note the PnL off of Betfair I think.

They did that to me once, all i wanted was my P+L at a market level and they sent me a breakdown of every bet i'd ever had. I did get some nice breakdowns once by year and sport but that was a long time ago, haven't tried recentlyLeTiss wrote: ↑Wed Dec 22, 2021 10:21 amI asked for one last week via a Direct Message to their Betfair helpdesk on Twitter.
