Is there an arbitration process for betfair exchange?

I have a strange situation, where the profit and loss situation says I am up 63 pounds

But everything was settled with a 90 pound loss.

I have been disputing this with betfair since Saturday, but they have been saying that the will contact me by email.

What is the next step.

The Supreme Court?

I've got a minor ongoing issue with Betfair and not only have I waited over a week, I wasn't expecting them to respond much quicker.

I think their trading team deal with complaints in queue order, and there will be a lot of them so don't expect a reply in a couple of working days.
