quite fast if stream source is STADIUM FEED...

it's not your ordinary IPTV provider as found in firesticks and android apps on which latency is quite high

Quickest feeds are still about 4 seconds behind live, most a few seconds more

Thats pretty decent - thou I cant think of many sports 4 secs delay would be useful for in-play trading.

I briefly tried Cobain a few years ago for trading.

For football it was back in the days when Betfair Live had much greater coverage, and I found the football streams tended to be pretty much on par. Now Betfair Live coverage is so poor perhaps there could be more advantage with Cobain than there used to be?

With tennis some of the streams were ahead of Betfair Live but I still couldn't beat Betfair odds movement although I had very little experience in tennis trading.

There was hardly any horse racing coverage and what there was was useless from a trading perspective.

They are still operating but do not accept individual traders anymore.

As of recent times, they only make long term deals with bookies and similar companies.

oh! Thanks for the reply. So do you have any idea how cricket traders manage to at least cancel the back/lay bets placed near the best market price before they get matched when a wicket falls ? Is there any app or method to know the fall of wicket or boundary hit within 5 seconds ?

you might have some luck of cricket stream providers that offer fast, low latency, stadium feeds. I check on cobain inplay and they only have limited stadium feeds available on selected matches:
