Automation not working

I set up Guardian to place bets and while I am with the computer (always open on the race page) it works.
As soon as I leave it to run automatically no bet placed.
Can anyone explain why

Guardian Refresh not fast enough for the length of time your rule is armed for and/or the amount of markets you have in Guardian

Or you may even have 'Restricted Refresh' enabled on the advanced tab
