Is Betfair delaying my data?

Hi,

Just bought 12 months BA Trader and now noticing that when entering trades there is a 5 second delay, with a countdown clock in the bottom right of the screen. Is this Betfair delaying my data, or is this the reality of a paid for account. Have been using BA in practice mode so far, but do used BF to lay bets when matched betting, if that counts?

Also, is there a way to have different market ladders in one window on BA Trader, or is this only possible with BA Pro? I was playing around with Over/Under 2.5 and 3.5 markets yesterday, but was a bit of a pain having to flick back and forth to monitor, even using the keyboard shortcuts.

Its bet delay which Betfair apply to all bets placed by everyone on in-play markets, regardless of what software you use or even if you place the bets on there website directly
If using software the same delay is also shown in practice mode

The delay differs depending on the sport
