How many hours a week do you think you spend trading? By 'trading' I'm including betting and all trading-related activities, such as preparation, testing, coding, research, warm-up or breathing exercises, even meditation so long as it's related to trading. Same applies to forum discussion, it must be about trading. :)

Here's a chart for comparison.

Less than 10 mins a day for me to load up and apply chosen automation.

You must spend time maintaining your bots, checking results and on the forum. How long did it take you to prepare your guidance for the forum? :)

All true. And I put in lots of hours in the early days.

I do check the forum each day.

The “guidance” was about 5 hours work. (Even then there are a few typos 😢).

I genuinely work 14 hrs a day, and could easily do 20 hrs a day, if I wouldn't fall over.

The opportunities are out there - it's just how bad you want the +EV.

The list I gave was examples and not exhaustive, but I should have included trade-related praying in the list, and bumped up the options to cater for CS. :)

Quite odd to see a void in the 50-60 range.

Perhaps a silly question Dex but would this poll include gambling, or am I a little naive.

Yes, I explained what it includes in the OP. You can even include drinking if you're drinking as a result of your losses, but that's not something I do I hasten to add. :)

Oh, in that case I will have to retract my submission, and re-calculate.
It's an interesting poll may I add ...
