Tab has vanished from all my accounts now.

What do you mean by 'all my accounts'?

Everytime i've enquired about separate accounts for bots/strategies away from my trading account i've been told basically 'no'...

If you joined BF in the early years you could have multiple accounts and there's also Master/Sub accounts for a few people.

I used to have two accounts but when I opened a new account because the old one was being hacked, they closed my second account as it's now against their rules to have more than one, unless you're one of the high rollers.

Same, when I contacted them about an account issue last year it flagged up on the system and said I could only have one account now.

Mine is now updated (but I swear it wasn’t earlier today).

Mine has now updated for the last week just gone which is very early, also its now added the same amount from 'Premium Charges' to 'other charges' which was 0 so I've now paid almost 63%

And the last week amount seems to be my net profit instead of gross profit but commission looks about right.

If they keep it like this though I won't be complaining

Same - I was put on the 60% rate and it doubled the premium charge with other charges.

Mine is always a little difficult to solve (time zone) and then convert aud to gbp. So I only ever have a “rough” ideas. Having said all that you could be right on the net v gross. However, for mine it resolves at less than 40% and then says the pc is 0??

Got 'official' comms from Betfair.

We’re aware of the problem, we’ve been making some database changes which is causing a few unexpected issues and bugs (PC tab intermittently disappearing for one). We don’t expect impact beyond today and are about to roll back the recent changes.

Sadly it’s now fixed (and I have to pay again) and it looks like you were spot on - on the gross v net.

The term "too good to be true" doesn't apply to trading, but it does to premium charge.

Amazing how efficiently Betfair identify and fix issues when it's them who will suffer
