Can I remove the vertical scroll bar on ladders?

Hi all,

just wondering if there is a way I can turn off the vertical scroll bar on ladder screen/settings, and just use my mouse wheel to scroll, and 'Enter' to center.

I am just trying to squeeze another ladder onto my screen without the need for the horizontal scroll bar, and I never seem to use the virtical scroll so am wondering if I can remove them to free up some extra space.
